What is the deposit refund policy?

Refundable per the university's official policy � eligibility depends on admission stage. Fall 2026: 100% refund (-10% fee) until 31 May, 50% refund (1 Jun�31 Jul), no refund from 1 Aug. Winter 2027: Deposit non-refundable. Full refund only if admission requirements are not met, program cancelled, or visa refused (international students).
